My Journey
Inspired by my mother, yoga was a part of my childhood and growing years — woven into my earliest memories of movement and stillness.
It was this early connection that led me to The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai, where I completed my Yoga Teacher Training. The Institute's teachings draw from classical and traditional yoga systems — Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Mantra Yoga, and Laya Yoga — offering a comprehensive and holistic understanding of yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a way of life.
While I didn't begin teaching immediately, my personal practice continued to deepen, strengthening my understanding of the relationship between the body, breath, and mind.
Life took me to Germany, where I trained full time as a contemporary dancer. My yoga practice became the foundation for that training — building the strength, flexibility, and balance that full-time dance demanded.
While dance gave me a foundation of technique, it was my training in Dance Movement Therapy that unlocked something different — a freedom to move creatively, expressively, and authentically. It opened a space where movement became a language of its own, and where I truly found myself as both a mover and a facilitator.
I began teaching yoga in Germany, where I built a dedicated community of practitioners. Returning to Pune brought me back to my roots — and with over two decades of personal practice, yoga continues to be my way of life and the heart of everything I share.

About
Rooted in the philosophy that prevention is better than cure — a holistic approach that nourishes not just the body, but the breath, the mind, and the spirit — a way back to yourself. Through a Hatha Vinyasa based practice that weaves together asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and relaxation techniques, bringing lightness and ease to every stage of life.
A healthy, mobile spine allows breath and energy to move freely, and the body to function optimally. In every session, particular attention is given to the movement of the spine in all its directions — releasing tension, restoring balance, and supporting an integrative approach to wellbeing.
